Drill Department

Drilling machine has a rotating head to which the cutting tool is attached. As the head pushes the rotating cutting tool towards the fitting, the holes are drilled in the desired positions. The accessory is attached to the bank which moves in both directions. In some cases, the bank may rotate around an axis. In drills, machining is done (mainly) only perpendicular to the axis bank.
The main advantages of drills:

• Less effort required for drilling. The movement of the head is done with the help of levers and gears, which multiply the power of the operator.
• The bank allows the installation of a vise, which allows the support of the component to be machined.
• The position and angle of rotation are fixed relative to the bank, allowing holes to be drilled with precision and repeatability.
